S1E6 - Love Letters - I Didn't Want to Wait

Hi. Hey. I just got your message a little while ago and I didn't want to wait too long to reply to it. I know it might be a bit before you get this message as I continue to move farther away, but I didn't want to wait hearing your voice again. It was really nice. I already missed you so much, Sage. It's hard to explain. I mean, it's not like I haven't gone off before, but this time it feels different. Maybe it's because it's going to take a longer time than it has ever before. When I accepted this mission, some part of me wondered if I could make it two years without getting to see you and getting to be with you, but knowing we'll be able to exchange these messages that I can still hear your voice. I'm happy for that. I really am. You know, some of the others saw me rushing to go and record this after I got the message, and they were already teasing me like, oh, I can't believe you already miss Faye already. Like, come on, give it time. But you know, screw them. Why should I wait? Why shouldn't I be excited to hear from you and want to respond? I hope everything is going well. Back on Mayo. Sotus I can't imagine things going that bad, but who knows? The station has always been a little bit not as boring as other places. Definitely not exciting as being in the spaceship. Although I'm sure deliver will get quite boring when we're just waiting to reach our destination or we get slow days. But for now, everyone is just trying to get ready, trying to get prepared, making adjustments. There are some others who are also responding to messages, but I hope things will go well for you. Faca maya. Sotis I missed it already. And I know when I return home, you're going to have created some wild and amazing plants or flower. It's going to be great. We could use it for our wedding. I am sorry. One of the hardest things about this is snowing, that we had to put our engagement on hold again. I really do want to marry you, Sage. When I come back, no more delays, no more waiting. We're going to get married, I promise you that. And when I come back with all my rewards and everything, and you've done something amazing as well, we can get married and finally settle down and maybe start a family. I would like that a lot. All right, I need to get going right now. There are things I need to check in on. And the others invited me for a rousing game of cards. I'm looking forward to seeing how long it takes before we start cheating and betting things like chores and all of that. It's not like money is going to be worth much, especially the further we go out. Also, have you decided a name for our lizard yet? I know we have a lot of different names, but I still think Blizzard is a fun name. Come on. Well, let me know in your next message and maybe we can find a way to figure it out together.
